Patrick Richardson
Patrick's
interest in the culinary arts was cultivated from an early
age with memories of home-cooked meals at family gatherings,
most important was a family owned, Grandparents, restaurant
in upstate New York, Patrick found out that he loved two things
his grandmother & cooking. After graduating from high
school, Patrick decided to continue to do what he loved and
moved to Chicago to continue learning from his grandfather,
working and learning from one of the greatest chef he has
ever known, his grandfather. He spent the next year honing
his cooking skills in several different restaurants throughout
the northeast.
Fulfilling his dream he opened his own Restaurant and Catering
business in Rochester, New York, where his reputation flourished.
Then wanting to be part of the Nation's capital, drawing upon
his epicurean experiences, Patrick relocated to Washington,
DC, this time with a new endeavor, to be the Chef/ Innkeeper
at a five diamond B&B. Now feeling like he is home again,
but in a great new location Rehoboth Beach. Patrick leads
the team as our Chef. Patrick, Inez & Aquila work as a
team. Patrick can use his talents in Refurbishing, Marketing,
Menu Creation Daily and Seasonally and Original Recipe Development
& Daily Operations including:
• Vendor Selection, Day to Day Operations,
and ensuring the highest quality of food.
• Planning & Preparing Breakfasts, Private Dinners,
Small Weddings, Chocolate Tastings & High Teas.
• Creating Menus for Special Dietary Needs from Vegetarian
to Gluten Free.
• Making all guest happy from puppies to children
to adults, we aim to please everyone.
